Extended information on the use of cookies
FOREWORD
This cookie policy is made for the website https://www.inartmanagement.com/ (Site). The document has been prepared taking into account the provisions of European Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data (GDPR), the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003) and the Guidelines of the Privacy Guarantor (especially the Guidelines on the use of cookies issued on 10 July 2021).

What cookies are and what they are used for

First-party and technical cookies
The Site uses first-party and technical cookies that are necessary for it to function properly. It is not possible to refuse the issue of these cookies.
Third-party and advertising profiling cookies
This site does not issue third-party advertising profiling cookies
Your rights
Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, the Data Controller informs you that you have the right to:
* request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of processing concerning you or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability
* withdraw consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation
* to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. the Data Protection Authority).
