Born in Sassari in 1989, from 2013 he studies singing with Raina Kabaivanska in Modena.
He has sung the role of Tenore Solo in Alfred Schnittke’s Requiem in 2007 and in Franz Schubert’s Messa in sib in 2011. In the same year has sung Leopold in La parrucca di Mozart by Lorenzo Jovanotti and Bruno De Franceschi. He also works frequently with Cooperativa Teatro e/o Musica di Sassari in several dramas.
In 2011 he has sung in La notte di un nevrastenico and Il Signor Bruschino in Sassari. In July of 2012 he won a scholarship, among the winners of International Lyric Competition “G. Martinelli – A. Pertile”. He also often cooperates with Fondazione Luciano Pavarotti Foundation in Modena.
Since his debut as Malcolm in Macbeth at Teatro Comunale Bologna conducted by Roberto Abbado, and staged by Bob Wilson, he rapidly makes his debuts in the main tenor roles : Duca in Rigoletto for As.Li.Co, Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoor in Savona, Alfredo in Traviata at the Rome Opera staged by Sofia Coppola as well as in Tiroler Festpiele in Erl, Tamino in Zauberflote for Circuito Marchigiano.
Among his recent and future engagements Alfredo in Traviata at the Rome Opera, Edgardo in Lucia di Lammermoor in Cagliari, Rodolfo in Bohéme in Erl and for the Circuito Marchigiano, Ruggero in La Rondine in Florence, Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi in Modena, Ferrara and Reggio, Traviata at Holland Park in London and in Tokyo, Bohème in Klagenfurt, his La Scala debut in a new production of Francesca da Rimini directed by David Pountney and conducted by Fabio Luisi, Simon Boccanegra at Carlo Felice in Genova, La Traviata again at La Fenice and at Maggio Musicale in Florence, I Masnadieri at Teatro alla Scala and in tournèe in Savonlinna, La bohème at Teatro Petruzzelli and at Opera in Prague, Rigoletto at Holland Park and in Klagenfurt, Pinkerton in Madama Butterfly at the Glyndebourne Festival.
